Behind the Scenes ~ Lisa Scarbrough
Lisa is definitely in her element in Savannah. She was raised on Tybee Island and loves being close to the beach and coastal waterways. Lisa began working for eMarketSouth several years ago and currently works in our production department as one of our website programmers. While she is very adept at the programming and development of websites, this is not her only commitment. Lisa is scheduled to graduate in December with a degree is Humane Leadership. She has been working towards this goal with the intention of better serving her constituents through the non-profit rescue organization she founded in 2003. Never to be considered sitting still, Lisa has also become an instructor for Georgia Center for Non-Profits and is scheduled to do a training on “Meeting Your Non-Profit’s Website Needs”. The training will take place on December 6 at the United Way building in Savannah. She is also an instructor for the Red Cross in pet first aid and CPR training. This talented and busy young woman is quite an asset to the non-profit community in the Southeast and you will surely be hearing more from her in the future. She already works closely with WJCL and Fox 28 as their resident Pet Expert and she is hardly slowing down now.
