Featured Client Blog Mopper Stapen Realtors

Mopper Stapen Realty Company has been doing business in Savannah for more than 30 years but never have they done business the blogging way. This is all new to Broker and founder of Mopper-Stapen, Dicky Mopper who knows the real estate business and good old fashion face to face relationship building. It is sometimes for guys like Mr. Mopper to imagine the value and impact of blogging for business until they delve into the “blogosphere“. Their first entry was a nice introduction to the business and their decision to create a blog to expand business and add a new way of sharing. And sharing they did … It was the annual beach bum parade at Tybee Island where pictures were made of the agents and office staff riding in the parade float in their next post. A nice example of posting with pictures so your audience can feel a kinship and come back to see what you are doing next. It is a way for the business/work family to show their casual playful side and Mopper-Stapen did it well with this post. They also used the blog to highlight their move into Tybee real estate, another great use of this post. The next post was a featured article by one of Savannah’s well known event writers, Bill Dawers. A great way to link your business to another credible business that you know has routine visitors is share an article on your blog… smart move! The article highlighted the Drayton Towers project which is such a monumental undertaking and fabulous preservation project for historic Savannah. Good for the folks at Mopper-Stapen for the use of their blog for credible information in their industry. If Mopper-Stapen continues to use their blog in these creative ways, they will drive more traffic to their site and ultimately more business to their agents. This is a new and exciting marketing and public relations tool that more and more companies will start using. Check out the site and read up on Mopper-Stapen’s blog from time to time… maybe there will be more parade pictures soon! Post often and post creatively!
